Luís Bívar, 91 (Bívar 91, Lisbon)
The project
consists of the renovation of two buildings located in Avenida Luís Bívar, 91 and
Rua Dr. António Cândido, 18, in the “Avenidas Novas” District, in Lisboa, close
to Duque de Saldanha Square and Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.
Until early 2018, these buildings were occupied by French Government owned Alliance Française Institute and they will be transformed into a private luxury residential condominium.
It consists of the rehabilitation of two existing buildings to create a premium residential condominium with private and exterior common gardens with a pool, underground parking and 25 one to three-bedroom apartments with one or more private parking places each.
